On the plus side, lot of choice. It's a big store. But among many negatives are: clothes are smelly, outrageously priced, and the service is generally unfriendly. They are selling old, unwashed clothes at retail prices. It's hard to believe that anyone shops there.

unfriendly; cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Where does the money go. Ask the lady and she pointed to a sheet of paper but had no clue.

I find the store dirty; unfriendly, and shuts down the store while we were still shopping?? No donations accepted in Feb? WTH?

Rude sales clerks. Locks the doors 20 minutes before the end of the day. Inadequate dressing room.
