Crowded with things everywhere. I didn't know where to turn or what to look at. Looked like a junk store. Staff extremely rude and dismissive. They cared more about the 20 or so cats and where they were than helping me. I left feeling I was a bother to them and I was better off outside of the cats den than inside where is felts duty hairy and clutter and needing to watch my step so I didn't fall over something. After talking to others about my experience I found they have a reputation for this and I was not alone.

This is a wonderful store with beautiful, well priced items.

Great selections, prices, and staff.Lovely Saints and LSU displays. Surprised to find a lot of cats in store & there wasn't any odors . Store very clean, airy, and the merchandise iis displayed effectively. ..it flows smoothly. Was in the store a couple of years ago, they really have their act together now. It looks like a gift store, yet it has thrift store prices. Love the addition of furniture .

Cat-related gift items and household goods. If you like cats or know someone who does, this is a store for you! I always find something. The cats up for adoption are sweet and friendly, too. Sometimes I go just to pet them.

Very cute store and clean, well organized...but small. Good home decorations and some crystal and china pieces. Books, DVDs and CDs. No clothing. I bought several Christmas presents here! I really like this little store, plus it is for such a good cause....cats!

nice gift shop. can find brand new gift items as well as slightly used. Also kitchen supplies and accessories such as belts as scarves. New items all the time. All proceeds go to care of animals the organization supports. can even visit with some amazing cats while in store.

Great store - new stuff everyday & it sells quickly so I stop by often. Fun atmosphere - looks like a boutique or gift shop but with thrift store prices!

Got a few collectibles a year ago when they first opened but nothing since. They desperately need quality donations.
