bought a kids game that was taped shut. I asked if contents were all there, and was told it was new and someone had only opened once. When I opened it it was missing directions and other pieces. Went to bring it back and was told I could not because there is a no return policy. I said I was just going to leave it because I didn't want it, she told me I could exchange it. What a hassle. Buyer beware
