they need to restaff this store. miserable manager with robotic staff. favoratism to certain customers.shame on you!

not so great selections and high pricing. staff is not friendly. a waste of time for such a great location.

The prices are much too high. They don't have good stuff. The employees must take the good things. I heard an employee say she was going to buy a pair of $100.00 UGGS when they went half price. She had them in her hand and I never saw them again. $100.00 is much too high for used boots. A lot of their merchandise is junk and should be thrown in the garbage. Not good.

over price goods,they keep there prices high because some people do not know better and pay the price, to bad they are getting robbed. there used goods are priced higher then new items in the mall .

watch the pricing-found an item tht had a clearance price from target on it for $10 and they were selling it for $17!! they used to have really good prices but they have gotten over priced in the last 2 years or so

cole atmosphere..cranky help..maybe not enough of it which makes for crankiness..selection limited..not a 10

Store was very dirty, items very high priced, items on shelf were chipped and broken, store had unpleasant odor.
