Great selection of items, good prices.

This place is awesome. Some things are a bit overpriced but come back on Tuesday and they'll be on sale. We got a huge nice rug a couch and a large fluffy chair for less than $150. I'm thrilled. The manager helped load everything and was super nice!!

I absolutely LOVE the deals I find at Potter's House. It's not the cleanest but think of it like an indoor garage/yard sale. You cannot beat their sales each Thursday they change their which color tags are 25% off, 50% off and 50 cents! Every Wednesday they mark down the 50 cent tags to 25 cents!

Awesome selection, great staff, supports a great cause! Lots of gems to be found here!

I've shopped thrift stores far and wide in nearly every state - I've never seen a more OVER PRICED store with absolutely the RUDEST STAFF on the planet! I've been to this store many times and I've never made a single purchase because the prices are ridiculous! Tip for the store: 'The idea of thrift stores is to offer used merchandise at an affordable price.' This is something that Potters House hasn't figured out yet... When you can buy brand new at a cheaper price, it only makes sense. Get it together Potters House!!!

Please Jesus, send down your angels to help the manager. He is in need of mental help. Amen.

Heard they have bedbugs, so I stay away from clothing and upholstered items. There are some good bargains to be found, but I purchased a blender and later noticed it was missing blades -- and for the price they charged, plus the price for new blades, it's cheaper to buy the blender brand new. Still, have found a couple of good bargains. Never hurts to check 'em out.

Tons of cars in parking lot but where are the people? It's a dump. Complete mess!

What is wrong with the manager? He acts like he wants to punch someone. I think he needs some counseling.

When waling through the store I noticed bedbugs crawling on upholstered furniture. Notified the management but they told me to be quiet about it, that it would hurt sales.

Unfortunately,this thrift is managed by an unstable person. Yelling, screaming and verbally abusing customers, young and old. A total disgrace. Do your self a favor and avoid this place.

manager is hatefull and extremely rude to customers and staff alike-needs to be replaced.

I would call this store more of a junk store..If you like digging through dirty items then this is a store for you.

Rarely ever women's suits. Good selection of Plus size pants, but few shirts. Each week certain color tag marked down to 50cents. Have found lots nice kids clothes for 50cents. Some household things bit overpriced.
