The clerks were a bit terse and unhelpful. The customer service concept seemed lost on them. Store itself was average at best.

This store is very clean and organized. They remodeled the whole store. All the proceeds go back to the local community and help fund there many programs that they offer. I know this because when my family was in need they where there to help. Hopefully you never need these programs but if you do the Salvation Army is there to help. So I don't mine paying a little more because it goes to a good cause and they are still the best deals in town. Thank you Salvation Army.

This store is ridiculous. Firat off the employees all look like they havent brushed their damn teeth since they were children, they look like they're strung out on drugs all the time. The selection is poor, the cleanliness is mediocre, customer service is very poor. They answer your questions with a smartass tone in their voices and act like you're a bother. And of course the PRICES... they are the most ridiculous prices I have seen for used items. People go to thrift stores to get stuff they need second hand because they cant afford the costs to buy them brand new. I walked in their looking for a dresser for my children and they had one (it was a mid sized 4 drawer that looked like it came out of a cheap hotel) it was a little scratched and stunk like stale cigarette smoke, so im thinking "this could be decent if I freshen it up a bit". I go to look for a price tag and am expecting to see it say $50-60... NOPE... They wanted $200 dollars for it!!

When you donate clothes or other items, you get the feeling that most are just tossed in the garbage without a glance. Depressing.
