BEWARE...! If a price tag is not attached COMPLETELY to an item, it will get taken to the back for a "price check" even if the price is clearly legible. Then,when it is brought back from the "price check", the tag is a different color and the price has INCREASED!!! This is what happened to me today. When I questioned it,(apparently they thought I was too stupid to notice the PRICE CHANGE) I was told it depends on who tags it when it gets brought to the back. WRONG answer!!! Too bad because this used to be my favorite GW. Although it's still better than the GW in Woodbury, I DO NOT like getting ripped off!!!

I've never been to a GW that has such FANTASTIC, caring, & helpful employees--this is definitely a TOP-NOTCH STORE! They are well aware of what customer service means--in more ways than one, I might add! I give MAJOR thanks to the very kind and caring young gentleman employee (the day before Turkey Day--you know who you are) who was most attentive and concerned about how I was doing. (I'd just given blood and wasn't at the top of my game, needed to sit down.) I was told it IS okay to do so, even in their "for sale" chair (unlike the Woodbury store!!) **THANK YOU** for a most pleasant visit! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and will definitely return!
