Goodwill Retail Store

I have, literally, laughed out loud at the prices of things! I believe in upcycling to save the earth, so I tried to shop here, but the prices are outrageous! I wanted a lamp. I found several for $14.99. I would need to invest in spray paint ($3.99) and a new shade, as the existing one was filthy ($15-20.) No thanks! I went to Ikea & bought a new lamp... Save the planet, provide viable skills; but, lower your prices, or you will become extinct!

Service needs work, I returned a broken item and the secret talks between manager and staff indicating I was a thief were unbelievable. Left and called corporate. Never received my item back or the money. Staff needs training on customer service.

Don't understand why they keep going up on price. I thought this was a thrift store not a high end retailer. In the last couple months they tripled in price.

More times than not, the prices are above/far above, what you'd pay for the same item, new. Rarely is there more than just over priced junk in this particular store.
