I read three negative comments that were written during 2010. I visited this store in March, 2017, and I was quite satisfied with the store. I felt I needed to write about my positive experience. Fortunately, things about the store have improved during the past seven years.

***B-E-W-A-R-E***, this store is **NOT** handicap/customer friendly! This store will NOT hold ANYTHING for ANYONE at the counter while you shop--even extremely large, heavy items!! I was appalled to discover such. Even WORSE, the clerk was OVERLY RUDE, scolded me like a small child, and attempted to render the situation by giving me a "personal lesson" on how to "properly load" a cart--never mind that I could no longer push the cart comfortably, nor was I able to see in front of me! I'm a major thrifter (when I can get out, that is); however, I will **NEVER** visit this "bottom line" ($money$), unfriendly store EVER AGAIN under ANY circumstance whatsoever. It IS reasonable that ANY store--yes, even Goodwills--ensure the utmost regarding customer service, assistance, and satisfaction!! This Goodwill fails to acknowledge that "a HAPPY customer is a RETURN customer!" SHAME ON THE WOODBURY GOODWILL!!

way over priced items. suppose to be a thrift store, some items are close to new price! rediculous!

Not all,but, many of the employees are RUDE! They gossip and complain with each other EVERY time I've been in there. Also, they make VERY snide comments to the REGULAR customers who shop only on "color tag" sale day!(Prices so high that's the only day I can afford to shop!) They are not very excited to ring up purchases either.
