Great store! They have a good selection and are very kind!

I had a terrible experience today at the Goodwill in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The store located on 51st street. I found a pair of Miss Me shorts for my daughter and went to the counter to purchase them. The children's clothes are $2.49 at this location. The cashier rung them up. All of a sudden a manager tells the cashier they aren't $2.49 because they are the Miss Me brand. I told the manager that I found them in the children's section and reminded her that children's clothes are $2.49. She then told me they were $15.00. I showed her the shorts and pointed out to her that they didn't have a price tag on them. After going back and forth about the price, she REFUSED to sell them to me for the displayed rack price of $2.49. I couldn't believe it! I've been a loyal Goodwill shopper for many years and have always donated to them. I will NEVER shop at another one of their stores and will now take all of my donations to the H.O.W. Foundation.

I visit every week and ALWAYS find bargains, many still new with tags!

Nice store. But Geeze the prices are high for a thrift store. For some things could find a Ross or Marshall's for a few dollars more.

So organized. The staff is extremely friendly and remembers me, my mom, and my daughter when we go in. We go about every other week!

I have been to many goodwills even some in other states and this one so far is the best!
